KLF Tecnokimica intends to promote its new line of bio-based tannery products, designed to create various types of metal-free and sustainable leather items. In accordance with the new EU regulations regarding product eco-design and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, which large enterprises such as global fashion houses must comply with, KLF intends to begin a certification process for the biodegradability and compostability of its products and the leather items made with them, as well as measuring their sustainability through LCA studies.
Furthermore, KLF aims to strengthen and expand its position in international markets with the new sustainable product brand through a marketing strategy focused on entering the Algerian market and increasing export shares to India, Indonesia, and China, by participating in international trade fairs, organizing promotional events, and implementing communication and advertising actions.
